The undersigned agrees on the following terms and conditions:
- There will be no battling between the individual factions both in this treaty while under this treaty.
- The undersigned company agrees to work together with other companies in this agreement to accomplish the common goal of the BUC.
- The undersigned will at no time build ships of war above frigate class for own purposes.
- The undersigned will produce mainly for Tarra’s purposes as long as they are within the company’s ability.
- If at any time this treaty is broken the undersigned is answerable to the Tarren government and is prone to complete inspections.
- If this treaty is ever broken by another party the undersigned will aid the Tarren government in any way asked for by the government.
If these terms and conditions are not carried out the undersigned will be removed from the planet Burham indefinitely.
